SURVEY >> Please participate

Sponsored by MAPS Canada and the University of British Columbia – Department of Psychology, with the goal of developing psychedelics into legal medicines, through the process of clinical trial research, which often begins with understanding what is happening with the use of psychedelics in the community.  The purpose of this survey is to collect data which will be analyzed and (hopefully) published in a research journal.  This survey is anonymous so no identifying information (e.g. name, address, birth date etc.) is collected, stored or shared.

This survey is structured to collect information on the details of your experiences with for a wide variety of different psychedelics. Completion of this survey should take less than 15-30 minutes.
