REGISTRATION & TICKETS POLICIES
Livestream/Virtual Event 3-Day Forum Tickets — No refunds. Fees vary depending on the time of purchase — Early Bird Fees: $97 CAD + GST (up to May 31); Advance Ticket Fees: $147 CAD + GST (June 1 – Aug 31); Retail Ticket Fees: $167 CAD + GST (Sept 1 – Oct 14)
In-Person – General 3-Day Forum Tickets — No refunds but transferable to another person if we are notified at least 30 days prior to the event. If the 2020 Forum organizers are unable to accommodate your purchased ticket for the “live” event (Forum and workshops) because of travel restrictions/group gathering size restrictions/ban due to COVID-19: (1) your in-person ticket will be converted to a virtual event ticket for the 3-day forum; (2) and you will be able to participate in any of the post-forum workshop virtual events (also eligible for training/continuing education credits) at no extra charge; (3) in addition, you will receive a $200 CAD PPF dollar credit which you could pay forward towards PPF’s scholarship fund OR apply towards any future PPF events up to Dec 2022.
In-Person – 3-Day Forum Patron Tickets — No refunds (where you purchased one ticket for yourself and sponsored one ticket for a scholarship recipient). If the 2020 Forum organizers are unable to deliver a “live” event because of travel restrictions/group gathering bans due to COVID-19, for the first ticket, the same policy applies (per above, as stated in “In-person – General Tickets”); the sponsored ticket will be channeled towards scholarship recipient(s) to participate online/virtually.
In-Person – 3-Day Forum Ticket fees vary depending on ticket availability. We offered 40 Tier 1 tickets (now sold out). As of May 27, 2020, no additional tickets are being released, due to announcements by the BC provincial health officer re: COVID-19. Post-forum workshops — No refunds — As of July 14th, we have opened up registrations to three workshops. Two other workshops are still pending, due to travel restrictions for out-of-country facilitators. Note that in the event that COVID-19 travel restrictions are still in place and we are unable to deliver “live” workshop(s), the respective workshops may be cancelled or the delivery format may change.
PPF Registration confirmation: Your In-Person event registration is only completed once you have submitted the registration form, proceeded to payment, and received a registration confirmation email from us. In the event you do not see a confirmation email, please check your spam folder first, and then email us to follow up. Please allow up to 3 business days for your registration confirmation after you have paid your fees. In light of uncertainties surrounding COVID-19, in-person ticket holders will be receiving communication regarding the status of tickets and delivery mode 1 – 2 months prior to the event.
Video recording/livestreaming: During the 2020 Forum (whether “live” or “virtually”), your attendance/participation/image may be captured in the livestream and video recordings, and/or by media/journalists in attendance and you may therefore show up in event media. By registering and attending you acknowledge this and release all rights associated with the content of the event. Psychedelic Psychotherapy Forum holds copyright to all internally-captured photography and video footage.
CE administrative fees: Please note that there may be additional nominal administrative fees charged for processing CEs.
